Your vote is the power you have as a citizen to control your government. Every two years you have the opportunity to decide who runs your city, state and country and every four years you can decide who is your president. Unfortunately, most Americans don't vote for national leaders and very few vote for local leaders. The biggest thing you can do as a citizen is get involved in who your local, state and national leaders are and listen to what they say they want to do. Not what the press or their people say they want to do. Next time you have a chance, VOTE.
